CANCELLATION POLICY

Whether a return or first-time guest, your visit is special; however, with our limited capacity we are less flexible than a large resort in our deposit/cancellation terms as your reserved accommodation is up to 30% of our total capacity.

Therefore our cancellation policy stands as payments/ deposits held for non-arrivals or cancellations will not be refunded unless the accommodation is re-booked for the total days of the original booking. If re-booked, deposits will then be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee to cover outstanding charges in the re-letting.
